▪ If you need to cut wood plastic plate to adjust the width, we recommend that you use carbide tools.

▪ Under the condition of temperature change, wood plastic products may expand with heat and shrink with cold. We recommend that the required installation product be placed on the job site to suit the installation environment 48 hours before installation.

▪ The installation temperature is best controlled between 5 ° C and 25 ° C.

▪ Normally, we recommend a thorough cleaning after installation.

▪ Wood plastic board is composed of about 60% wood fiber, 30% plastic and 10% additives. Each component has its own characteristics. For example: plastic will produce thermal expansion and contraction, wood fiber in a humid environment will expand, and under UV irradiation will produce discoloration.

▪ Under the influence of different weather conditions and the surrounding environment, after some time of use, it is very common for wood-plastic panels to appear stains.

▪ Due to the different temperature, humidity and other conditions in the area, there will be different degrees of mildew.

▪ Before performing any cleaning, please test it in an invisible position.

▪ We recommend using warm water and detergent containing vinegar to clean wood plastic products.

▪ Do not use metal cleaning tools for cleaning, such as: wire brush.

▪ In the cleaning process, especially when using a brush for cleaning, please pay attention to the best brush in accordance with the direction of the plate texture.

▪ Please do not use a shovel or shovel to clean the ice and snow on the board, otherwise it may damage the board. For some relatively stubborn stains, you can use a soft brush to clean up.

▪ Slight scratches can be gently sanded with a sponge sand block, but please note that when sanding, it must be sanded longitudinally or along the texture of the plate.

▪ Water can be used to quickly rinse some polished dust, vegetables or other organic substances and other residues. If water stains are left after washing, household cleaning agents containing vinegar can be used, and warm water and cork brushes can be used to remove water stains. After brushing, clean thoroughly with plenty of water.

▪Professionals can use high-pressure cleaners, but the water pressure should not exceed 1500 psi, otherwise it may damage your floor. In addition, the distance between the faucet and the floor should not be less than 30cm, otherwise, excessive water pressure may cause damage to the floor.

▪ When using a high-pressure water gun, please pay attention to adjust the faucet and use a gentle water flow for cleaning.

▪ Please clean the debris between the floor gaps regularly, otherwise, if the water is not clean for a long time, it may cause mildew.

▪ For some stains, such as oil stains, food residues, sauces and beverage stains need to be cleaned in time.

▪ If you walk barefoot on the floor, please pay special attention. It is recommended to wear shoes when cleaning and maintaining the floor.

▪ Long-term in a humid environment or the use of outdoor wood-plastic products, may not be able to avoid some dark spots or mildew. For this kind of stain, can use chlorine containing household cleaning agent, use the brush dipped in the recommended dose of cleaning fluid cleaning, and then use a large amount of water to wash.

▪ All wood-containing products will naturally have tannic acid leaching. Under normal weather conditions, the tannins disappear after a few weeks or months. This process can be accelerated by the use of phosphoric acid or oxalic acid containing moderate doses.

▪ In sunshine or other weather conditions, almost everything will fade after a period of time. Even if we add high-quality UV-resistant toner to our products, it is still impossible to avoid fading. However, some color differences just look like color difference, but actually do not exist.

▪ Some solutions containing decolorizing agents may penetrate the surface of the board and cause a risk of discoloration.

▪ Plant residues, herbal ingredients (such as tannins) and some animal feces, if not removed for a long time, will lead to irreversible discoloration of the surface of the board.

▪ According to different weather conditions (such as ultraviolet radiation or precipitation), after 1-2 years of cycle, the color of the plate will become lighter.

▪ Different weather conditions, production batches, and even different people for installation may produce color difference. (See Figure 1)

▪ Some chromatic aberration does not actually exist, the main cases are as follows:

- The plates installed above and below will have slight color difference to the naked eye under light conditions;
- The naked eye looks at the plate from different angles, it will also look like a color difference. (See Figures 2 and 3)
