The warranty period for the Fumeida products listed below is 5 years from the date of purchase by the first purchaser.
- classic flooring purchased from Formida (1st generation flooring);
- 3D online embossed flooring purchased from Formida (1.5 generation flooring);
- Fences, handrails, wall panels and flower stand products purchased from Formida, etc.

▪ 8 year warranty

The warranty period for the Fumeida products listed below is 8 years from the date of purchase by the first purchaser.
- Co-extruded flooring purchased from Formida (2nd generation flooring)

▪ Under the premise of installation and maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's operating instructions, and when using Formida panels on the ground in conventional residential building structures, Formida (the "Guarantor") guarantees that all panels will not delaminate, crack, Corrosion or collapse due to fungal corrosion.

▪ If the purchaser is to claim for warranty, the following information is required:

- Product defect picture, the picture must include a perspective or panoramic view, the picture must be clear and show the defect details;
- Proof of purchase by the end-user, such as receipts, invoices, etc.; the proof of purchase must show the date of purchase and prove that the quantity of Formida products purchased is greater than the quantity claimed;
- Certificate of compensation from the distributor to the customer, e.g. amount of compensation or quantity of products to be compensated;
- Clear and detailed written description of this quality issue.

Receives the claim, Fumeida will give feedback within 10 working days. Once Fumeida determines that the claim is valid, it will take relevant measures, such as replacing the product. Replacement products will be replaced in the same quantity as the quality problem or in the appropriate proportion according to the quality assurance plan.
In principle, the manufacturer generally only compensates for the loss of the defective product, and any other additional loss caused by the defective product, including but not limited to manpower, transportation, work injury, etc., is not borne by the manufacturer.
Although we will try our best to make the replacement product consistent with the original product, due to the product batch, the replacement product may have slight differences in color. The replacement products will be replaced in the next transportation. In principle, we do not accept direct deduction of the purchase price.
